1. Brand & Product Philosophy

Soleil & Silk creates handcrafted luxury fashion products, including hand-painted sarees and unstitched suit pieces designed by artist Nandini Srivastava.

Each product is individually handcrafted and may include variations in:

• Color tone 
• Texture 
• Fabric weave 
• Embellishment detailing 

These are natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the uniqueness of handmade products.

2. Product Representation & AI-Enhanced Imagery

We strive to present products as accurately as possible through photographs, videos, and digital content.

Certain images displayed on our Website or marketing platforms may contain AI-assisted or digitally enhanced visual elements, including:

• Background enhancements 
• Lighting refinement 
• Editorial styling 
• Model image enhancement or facial refinement 

However:

• The garment design, artwork, motifs, and overall product representation remain true to the original Soleil & Silk creation 
• Minor differences may occur due to photography, lighting, editing, screen settings, and handcrafted production 

Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to purchase for additional product clarification if needed.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. 
• Applicable taxes may be included or calculated at checkout. 
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. 
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases involving: 
  • Suspected fraud 
  • Pricing or technical errors 
  • Product unavailability 
  • Unauthorized resale activity 

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways. Soleil & Silk does not store complete payment credentials or card information.

4. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Customized, personalized, or altered products created upon customer request are considered final sale items.

Once production begins:

• Custom orders cannot be canceled 
• Refunds or exchanges will not be applicable 
• Minor artistic interpretation variations may occur as part of the handcrafted process 

By approving a customization request, you accept these conditions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing timelines may vary depending on:

• Product availability 
• Hand-painting complexity 
• Customization requirements 
• Volume of active orders 

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

Soleil & Silk shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Courier partners 
• Customs clearance 
• Weather conditions 
• Political disruptions 
• Strikes 
• Force majeure events 
• Incorrect customer-provided shipping information 

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery to the courier/shipping partner.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our products:

• Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted 
• Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable 

Replacement requests may only be considered if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or materially incorrect 
• The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery 
• Clear unboxing videos and photographic evidence are provided 

Approved claims are subject to internal review and verification.

Order cancellations may only be considered within 12 hours of placing the order and before production begins.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banking systems.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
